Bill Burch epitomizes a businessman with great love for his work, a burning passion in everything he does. In his long years in the business various projects have been accomplished and indeed helped thousands of people.
Burch is not only fascinated with his career but also a doting father of two adults and a loving husband. He spends quality time with his family more than anything else not even his personal needs can replace his time with his family. A true family man.
His business of what is known today comes from a humbling experienced when it began two decades ago. His experienced in his first business with American Capital Equities taught him lessons of life and recovered gracefully. With a background in accounting, human resource and consulting, there is no way that this business might help future leaders in the community.
In a span of twelve years and counting, the Commercial Resources Incorporated, of which he is the President, has managed twelve corporations in different fields of industries and because he is not just concentrated on having his own success, he offered his services to friends and started to do the same services to the community.
Being a former agent in an Insurance Company for almost seven years in Centerville, Iowa and a manager in a Maritime Industry for four years. This paved its way to partnering with businessman Morgan Cline and become its Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of the latter's company.
Morgan Cline is the modern day philantrophist of all times but not all of what he has at present comes in a silver platter, he journeyed his success through hardships and obstacles. Born and raised in Exline, Iowa, life was not easy for Cline as he earned everything from perseverance and hard work. He managed in sending himself to school and paid everything from tuition fees to books and other needs.
Cline was an outstanding student during his elementary days and even graduated as a class valedictorian in Exline High School and because of his wit he was then a scholar at Centerville Junior College which he attended for a year and took up pharmacy at Drake University.
His college life was not that easy being a working student where he had two jobs to sustain his living. At an early age of 20, he graduated with honors and took up medicine at the University of Iowa. He was not only an A1 student but an excellent artist in the field of music where he played piano at a bar to augment his earning. Indeed he fulfilled his career as a pharmacist in the military and eventually ventured into pharmaceutical advertising handling accounts for different pharmaceutical companies.
He wanted to help people, he focused himself first in Iowa, the place where he started to dream of having a successful life and the only witness for every painful and joyful events he encountered.
Cline has established several projects in almost all places in Iowa giving financial and scholarship aids to students in Drake University where he spent college years as a pharmacy student. Hospitals received donations for the patients, one of which is the Mercy Medical Center in Centerville where his parents were once patients in that hospital thus naming one wing of the hospital in his honor.
He also supported the Morgan Cline Sports Complex, renovations in the Public Library and other important projects for his hometown.
One of these projects that he invested is The Continental Hotel in Centerville, Iowa, he truly never forgot where he came from and thus invested billions of projects for his hometown.
The Continental Hotel which he partnered with Burch, is an independent living hotel with fine dining restaurant and a home to many famous personalities during that time. The hotel was never spared in business and economic downfall in Centerville, Cline came to rescue and save one of the most important parts in the history of Appanoose County.
Both Burch and Cline have a big heart to help people and love for architecture, needless to say the old and elderly Continental Hotel has restored to its new image. No more broken windows, no old and dusty furniture and yes no more animals living inside the hotel.
Cline's contributions are indeed countless and priceless for he has always been a man as they say full of vision and even if he is one of America's most successful businessman today, he will always find its way to go back to its root and remain humble.
