A warm bath can really relax and help you feel great. It doesn\'t need to have expensive shampoos. Just add rose petals from your garden and mix it with lemon juice and peels. Very simple. The natural fragrances can also help you relax. These are natural as well.

A warm bath can really relax and help you feel great. It doesn't need to have expensive shampoos. Just add rose petals from your garden and mix it with lemon juice and peels. Very simple. The natural fragrances can also help you relax. These are natural as well.
First of all, collect the petals and lemons/mandarins/oranges. Cut the fruit, squeeze the juice into the bath and then the petals. Clean your bath tub. Before you jump in, have quick shower to release. Now, turn on the hot tap and wait for the water to fill. Don't cover to the brim, because you want to leave some space for later when the water gets cold. Be careful the water can be too hot, so check the water before you get into the bath, you don't want to burn yourself.
While sitting in the bath, relax and drink some green tea. You can't get any healthier than this.
Once the water gets too cold, turn on the hot tap to fill it up with more warm water again. Get back into the bath and relax. Apply some more petals and lemons if you wish.
Isn't this simple but it's very effective to help you. No need to pay hundreds for someone else to do it for you. You can do it as many times a week as you like.
If you are water conscious, get a bucket of water and take the water into your garden and pour onto your plants. That way, your water isn't wasted down the drain.
