If you want to know the absolute truth with no "BS" then I am here to tell you that it doesn't always involve a surgery or some sort of diet pill. The fact is that the fittest women you see in the magazines and on TV all train effectively in order to speed up their metabolism. Speeding up your metabolic rate is the only way to truly lose the belly fat. Read on if I have your attention.
How Women Lose Belly Fat!
Ladies it takes more than sit ups, crunches, and the treadmill to get rid of your belly fat. However, don't be discouraged by that last statement, because the truth is that those options aren't that effective either. The real way for you to lose your gut involves you training your body in such a way that you speed up your metabolism. The best way to do this is by executing exercises and lifts that increase you perceived level of exertion. These exercises also should be multi-joint in nature. For example, instead of doing bicep curls do assisted or horizontal pull ups. Also switch your cardio. Instead of jogging on the treadmill, go out and execute some stair runs. The key difference maker is the intensity level.
You see ladies in order to burn a significant amount of calories you have got to get your heart rate up and do so quickly. This is why exercises such as sprints, stair runs, kettlebell swings, squats, and Olympic style lifts are so effective. These drills are all great for helping you to make huge progress. You have got to understand that your body is designed first for survival and this is what causes your metabolism to slow due to an individual being inactive. The more sedentary the person the more fuel will be stored within that person's body due to the inactivity. If you start to get active then your body puts that stored energy to good use. Its much like a bear coming out of hibernation. Once you get up and moving then you lose the weight. The key though is to not forget to feed the metabolism and to get it going with multi-joint exercises that are going to benefit it the most.
If you haven't already started to implement a smart and effective training plan for yourself then you are missing out. Take the time to learn more by accessing the rest of my articles on the issue for free. Remember that most anyone can train hard, but only the best train smart!
