Pain has no logic. It cannot be logically resolved. We do not know exactly when we acquire it. We tend to search for the most recent actions or events that may be responsible, and even though we may pinpoint what we think is the true cause, most likely it will not be it.

There is Nothing Solid or Concrete When Dealing with Pain
It is important to recognize that each person's perception of a painful experience is different from anyone else's. The difference includes mental or emotional attitudes, previous unpleasant experiences and other non-specific fitness conditions. Social, cultural and ethnic origin, as well as childhood learning and developmental predispositions, also uniquely influence a person's reactions to these experiences that can lead to pain.
Common Confusions about Pain
1) Not all musculo-skeletal pain is really musculo-skeletal pain!
2) What seems to be injurious pain is not injury related! Actions which seemingly caused the injury or pain are not the true causes of the pain or injury.
3) Pinched nerves do not cause pain. It is pain which leads to the pinching of the nerves.
There are Fear, Psychic Phenomenon and Non-Physical Entities that Relate to Pain
The fear of pain attracts and creates more pain. The fear of getting hurt or injured increases the painful sensation. You tend to attract whatever you fear the most. With this understanding and the sole purpose to live with less pain, you can learn to be consciously fearless, but the non-conscious levels have to be energetically corrected to make you completely fearless. To be fearful, or to have any anticipation of fear, serves absolutely no purpose.
