I have played that game many times and have always been on the losing end seeing more weight than before I tried that diet. As a result I believed I was flawed and I gave up shrinking inside my house. The extra weight had also swallowed my personality. However, even during those dark times I still had the voice whispering that life doesn't have to be this way. I have all I need to change my life. Eventually I learned about the tools of body and life transformation. Below are seven tools that are vital to letting go of your weight and allowing you to live your excellent life.

In terms of your weight changing, I love to use the languaging of weight release or letting go of weight. I first heard this phrase in the book Thin Within by Judy Wardell. The reason she adopted this phrase was due to the fact that when you lose weight, your subconscious may believe it needs to find it; for example, losing your keys. The subconscious takes everything we say literally. Instead, move towards releasing weight and letting go. That way the subconscious is working with your efforts!
