Now the next thing you need is a hosting account which will cost you around $10 per month. You can go to http://www.hostgator.com and choose the baby package which will be sufficient if you are just starting out. Once you have created the hosting account you will receive the user name and password to login to the control panel of the website. Also you will receive the nameservers which is a snippet of code that you need to update on your namecheap account. You can easily do this by logging in to your account at namecheap. With that said now lets see what you need to do after you login to the control panel of your hosting account. Look for a smiley icon that says 'Fantastico' and click on that to the left you will find 'Wordpress' as one of the options click on that and click 'install Wordpress' then follow the easy instructions. That's it now you have created a website without outsourcing the work. Now whenever you want to add new content all you need to do is login to Wordpress and post an article, photo, audio or video on your website.
