A customer is established once they are connected through words to the website. Quality content becomes a built in value increasing customers and value to the website. When the right information makes a connection with a customer the customer will return to the website for more related information. The words chosen by the website creator to relate with the consumer will determine the long term success or failure of a site through its popularity. By providing a customer with the product they are looking for, the site creates a valued customer. This provision could be a product, a service, information, or advertising. Advertisers are also customers of a website when they pay a fee to the website owner to advertise on their website. Search engines find websites by relevant words. Relevant words placed by an advertiser on a website will provide a greater visibility for the search engines to identify the website.
A website cannot exist without a word being placed within its body. Desires are satisfied through the use of words in action. How we express our words determines the ability of others to understand what we are saying and our ability to accomplish our desires.
