Here are the steps to follow:

2. Enter your personal details - user name, password,display name, and email address.
3. Create a blog title and blog address. This will be the theme of your website. Some questions you should ask are: What do you want to promote? Perhaps they can be related to your hobbies or interests? You should pick subject matter that you are passionate about.
